Guidance and coaching to support you to optimize hormonal balance and emotional and nervous system regulation. Binah uses a combination of modalities, including Maya Abdominal Therapy instruction, Flower Essence assessment and preparation and nutritional consult.

The first appointment is 90 minutes and includes a thorough history and assessment.
Follow up sessions are 55 minutes. Between appointments, questions or needs will be responded to via email or text within 24 hours.

Individual sessions after packages are complete are $125 for 60 minutes.
